This class is a combo of technique and follow-along format, which includes a warm up, easy break down of movement techniques, across the floor, short combos, and freestyle sections. Fun, accessible, high energy, spirit lifting and inhibition-shedding movement, in a supportive atmosphere.

Bellydance originated in North Africa & The Middle East, but has become a dance sensation practiced all over the world. In this class we learn Bellydance Isolation techniques, traveling steps, turns, and short combinations. Classes may focus on traditional styles, folkloric styles, regional styles, American styles, and fusion styles, but no matter the style, there is a strong emphasis on having a clean technical foundation, and an understanding of what the rules are so dancers can choose when and how to break them. Beginning-Advanced level classes available.
Stretch, & Tone
Flexibility and core strength are vitally important for dancers. This class blends pilates, yoga, and fitness techniques, all set to incredible music, to give dancers a full body stretching and strengthening workout designed to support their dance practices. This is an especially good supplement for dancers interested in floorwork, developing their splits, or developing more core awareness.
For the Dancers! This class blends the full body workout of all BootyPopFitness(tm) classes with a more traditional Dance Class format. A complete warm up, across the floor, and cheek technique drills all add up to a fun, sexy twerk choreography by the end of class. New routine every week, all levels welcome.
